I’ve been concerned, recently on the realities that abound in the course of certain life’s activities and how much these things could take a toll on people— their lives, their health, their career, their education their mental capacity, their overall well being. When you check; deeply or just look on the surface, you can see the struggle to fix things and to get by certain happenstances. The struggle is real and dealing with the anxiety that brews from these struggles require more than just a balance, but an original place of calmness within you and a satisfactory acceptance without you.
More Than Just a Balance
Many would say that finding an equilibrium at the point where your fears and strengths meet is the solution but, I beg to disagree. This is not to disregard the benefits of neutrality in the face of chaos nor to campaign against the counter-weight activities of being unperturbed when you should be boiling with rage or passion or longing. It takes more than just a balance to deal with Anxiety. Joining in the fight between conflicting forces would further compound the issues especially, when you can no longer handle imposed harmony.
Original Place of Calmness Within You
All that may be left when seeking more than just a balance, is allowing things to be and going back to the place where you do what you’re meant to do if the situation didn’t exist in the first place.
Place premium on the influence of your own self-relfection and introspection. That way, the results are more fulfilling and assuring than whatever we you may get other ways.
Satisfactory Acceptance Without You
Finding peace around you entails — first, creating an aura that radiates confidence, such that when you think you should share your worries, people look at how well you’ve had yourself composed through the situation and offer a solution that could be of help.
Then, taking responsibility of your actions and decisions around what you are experiencing at that time.
Truthfully, your practice in dealing with anxiety is dependent on your overall composure. Dwelling too much on what you’ve got little control over will only worsen the situation.
From the above expose, anxiety over things do not necessarily concern negative issues/circumstances. Even though there’s an inclusion of negativity in the certain expressions of anxiety, there’s always a natural instinct, that’s just been a human force, straying your mind away, not negatively, obviously, but introspectively.
On one hand, Anxiety could be borne out of stress or out of the conventional imbalance of life’s situations. It could also be a phycological reaction towards a new feat/change in your career, a relocation plan, a marriage intention, etc.
Remember, imposing a balance on opposing thoughts and counter actions, is cool but try move out of the already available conventions —give within and receive without, the answers you speak.
That, in some way may be balance but far more intentional.
