All the bravery needed in seeking all what you want and driving away what you don’t lies in the determination to stay away from all what doesn’t serve you not your conscience nor your cravings nor your purpose. Quite important is the will to say no to what you will not put up with. We live in a world where it is important that you mind what cares about your well-being and constantly resist the urge to accept conditions that do not worth your participation. Turn your back to all forms of negative vibe, shield yourself from the destruction in the need to feel like everyone else. You’re not everyone and I do not expect you to stay adored by everyone. C’mon! There’s a thing called variety/options. People tend to choose what they can manipulate over want they should truly love. When you notice these people, place a barrier. It’s for your sanity, your peace and for your growth because the more you let what drowns you into your space, the more difficult it would be to draw back to self-love and heal.
Put off all forms of antagonism. Fill your space with the aura of genuine contentment, peace and kindness. Placing a shield has all to do with being content because the feeling of contentment is what allows you to keep at bay, things that do not worth your thoughts and time. When you’re content, you have a clear boundary and not everything moves you and not everyone comes close. Become an enigmatic part of the will to naturally blend into your own standards. Always keep in touch with your strengths by affirming and reaffirming it. It is the strength that gives you courage to say no to all what does not worth it. You need to stay different by placing an obvious blockage between you and what should stay on the other side.
Life is too important to allow what will affect your life’s span. If you’re reading this, it is expedient for you to allow ONLY a flow within the confines of your peace. It’s no hard nut to crack and it is not pride. It is protecting you sanity; your will to live. It is letting your soul thrive in absolute harmony and satisfaction. Worry is an alien, that surfaces in the middle of uncertainties to take charge of the day but try, take your consciousness as far as you can from it.

Place that shield against the ugly face of toxicity, of misplaced priorities, of discouragement, of fear and of uncertainties. When a circumstance seeks to destroy you, it is only wise that you place a demarcation. Let there be a deliberate physical or mental obstacle between you and the enemy of your all round growth. Sometimes, we deal with friends who add only negatives to our lives and because we believe in the “necessary devil”, we allow ourselves suffer from all the effects of being present within such toxicity.
•Have you made an acquaintance of pain? How much more suffering will you endure before it’s really okay? Why not get the feeling done with, brace up and protect yourself? When you deal with the aftermath of your adverse experiences, you set yourself up for a life free of judgements and this can only happen if there is a conscious gulf set between you and the chains that used to hold you down.
•Making plans? Stay positive about it. Worry less about what the future holds. As long as the spirit is willing, let it be. Flow with the process. Do not let the feeling of tomorrow’s presence fill your thoughts with unpleasance. Tomorrow has always promised to take care of itself as long as today is not lived as casually as it was lived in the past. Resist the constant temptation to talk down on your ability to manipulate the moment. It’s all in your hands to determine what happens next as long as you stay confident. Again, resist all forms of nay-say by being just true to your set standards of genuine fulfilment.
Fear has a wicked way of ripping confidence off our skin. Most times we find ourselves questioning our God given, natural gifts all because we doubt the strength of their manifestations. We seek peace in places of impossibilities not knowing that all the arsenal we need to shield ourselves from the wiles of insanity lies within the actions we take everyday. It is true that we humans are wired to mostly learn from experience but for how long will you wait till a thing happens before you take precautions? Why not place that shield now?
