JTF Series— Power Of Dance.
One of the weirdest but surest means of flow in situations of thorough consideration is engaging the rythmic pleasures of ecstatic steps. Dancing is a trance worthy of falling into; particularly induced by the subconscious quest to narrow one’s attention down to a particular perspective or even more but with the objective of unreservedness in mind.
Life isn’t too serious. We are the ones who make a mountain of the molehill of simple existence—
•In love? Dance all the way through.
•Scared or anxious? Dance it all out!
•Excited? Savour the moment with your stylish steps.
•Angry? Find a way to engage your body. It is soothing, absolutely soothing!
You’d never regret the bliss which the expression of your body and other components of your being combined, brews. Infact, it would be more soul-hurting if you obviously had a chance to showcase this enigmatic art and you never did.
Dancing is in sync with gratitude, synonymous to liberty. Gratitude, however, is a positive extension of one’s grace to his/her environment. Appreciation of the blessings of breath and the gift of health is an attitude which many do not have and it takes one who is free from the fetters of the negatively magnetic nature of bitterness to express this art. When you’re free, you flow… when you free, you’re content, at peace and floating, above every doubt, above every subtle scheme presented by the shield of doubt against the waves of true liberty.
Physically, dancing is by all means, refreshing, exhilarating and ultimately thrilling. Dancing stimulates a great sense of satisfaction within the one who has danced. This enlivening exercise confirms an excitement. It is a quick response to everything music. Now, here’s the real thing— Live like the music; engaging the flow and rhythm, sliding into each day with the confidence of the lyrics, releasing the keys, at your own terms, one flow at a time, pleasing yourself and observing others savour the enigmatic atmosphere which your voice creates.
Dancing is a powerful step in the Journey To Freedom!
