Mother Earth

The earth is our home, the third planet from the sun and the very cosmic component known to have an atmosphere containing free oxygen, oceans of water on its surface and, of course, life in all forms. The Earth is the element closest to our various individualities and represents a part of us which is already structured to be responsible, stable, solid, dependable and obligated to grow. The Earth is an embodiment of humility and a systemic showcase of totality and balance. Deeply accommodating and tolerant of all the shades of nature. The Earth, though balanced, bustles with a constant stir in the ecosystem —all what there is to be done, is done on earth. Relating it to individuality, an earth personality is one of the realest, living it’s life in constant exhibition of its innate features. However, the earth can take different forms depending on the changes made on it; it can be solid and it can be muddy. These experiences make up the varieties on earth. —Vast, comprising of a little this and that.

Although the earth has got a strong grip on its standard in firmness and stability, it still cracks real bad under pressure; the force placed on its surface most times weighs it down. The cultivation, the trespassing, the mechanical activities, the economic exploitation that happens in a bid to acquire and maximize the earth’s resources —The earth bears on its surface, all the activities humanly known and under it, water as well. No wonder it takes just a few hours or days of toil and expectations to get water from the ground. The Wonder! These pressures which are infinite and the unending could lead to a tragic tremor, which would affect to a great extent the activities in the environment.
Relating the above insight to being human, when earth is imbalanced, it can either cause excess worry or a melancholic attitude and this can surely impose, directly, an adverse effect on the health of an individual. A topical as well as systemic approach is expedient in the way(s) an earth personality engages with her environment. That is why it is safe to say that with Earth, too much of everything can cause a damage …too much of water causes flooding or Leaching, of air, environmental pollution, of fire, a probable combustion. These things apply in the structure of an individual: we need a bit of everything and not too much of anything. The Earth, however, has got components that are capable of hurting, hating and diminishing especially when nurtured towards the wrong path of it’s existence.
Feminity is the lead attribute of this element as it’s intrinsic qualities are that of patience, tolerance, sheer strength and uniqueness, fertility, beauty, purpose, multiplication, an instinct responsible for the growth and nourishment of all its living things; harbours most of inventions known to be, houses individuals of ALL kind. The earth is thoroughly connected to all the universal emotions and the survival instints therein: it is the sole background of all backgrounds, house of all buildings; always present with open arms; nurturing, tending, strengthening, helping to grow. As a matter of concern, however, there is the pressing need to be in control with this element because it feels threatened and seriously overwhelmed by the activities happening on, under and around it, every passing second.
Individuals of the earth element are said to be keepers, homely, well grounded, experienced and in touch with their feminine. They are also known for conforming to the conventional and systemic behaviours inherent in the environment. Earth as a personality trait, showcases to the maximum, a strategy of continous practice, linear conduct and business-mindedness. There is always an infinite possibility to explore, expand and exhibit within the earth —You discover in the process of your existence, different endeavours and stay in touch with things worthy of great involvement. Factually and interestingly, you become a part of this enigma by just living. The fullness of the earth is evident in the things we see and engage in. We build, we thread, we connect, we strive and we thrive all within the boundaries of this element.
In honour of Mother Earth and its daily, intentional sequence; a deep connection we all share in common and can greatly relate to, I leave you this wise sayings; hoping that we never loose grasp of what goodness we have and can harness within the physical Earth and our individualistic Earths. —
